Trailwalker is a three day event where thousands of people join the Queen’s Gurkha Signals to take on the 100km across the South Downs Way. Teams raise money to help make life-changing work continue at Oxfam and The Gurkha Welfare Trust. Volunteer roles include supporting the logistics of the start area in advance of participants arriving, hosting registration tents for hundreds of teams, answering queries, stewarding checkpoints and most importantly cheering walkers in when they reach each checkpoint. This event is only made possible by the incredibly supportive work that the volunteer team does across the course over event weekend.
